First and foremost, build a list of whole foods-low glycemic-organic of your own and stick to it

Second, plan out a healthy menu per week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and stick it

Third, rotate at least two set of healthy menus and stick to it diligently and consistently without the input of junk foods at all; And most importantly, regular exercises on a daily bases!

Example of whole foods:-

1.Fresh garden greens
2.Replace red meats with legumes such as assorted beans of all kinds
3.Drink goat milk instead of regular cow’s milk, take plain yogurt, eggs and honey
4.Switch a major portion of your diets to health
5.Have more fruits intakes and small snacks in raw form; smoothies, raw carots, celery stick, broccoli, etc.
6.Hydrate yourself daily with 8 glasses of good potable water
7.Don’t eat after 8pm as your natural body needs to slow down and detox ingested food intakes all day long; let your liver does its jobs overnight and get a good early sleep each day.

Finally, it is easy, but not so easy because it does take a lot of determination and vigorous efforts to gut out bad food habits for junk foods.
