Great idea, you inspired me ! Do you use coconut oil for roasting the chicken ? ( I could not see it clearly)

Exactly! I didn’t have the patience to answer a question like that but thank you for doing so! Couldn’t have said it better myself 🙂

The finished product was definitely still delicious! You don’t need oil at all but it does increase their chance of burning so to keep this in mind put the oven on a lower setting and cook for a bit longer instead 🙂 x

Thank you so much! Definitely understand what you’re saying 🙂 Pumpkin contains sufficient amount of carbs until I eat the majority of my grains at dinner time 🙂 As a vegetarian myself now, I use tofu, soy patties or any other type of meat free protein 🙂 x

Instead of the usual 3 large meals a day, I space my food out over 6 small meals so this is just 1 of them 🙂 Pumpkin contains sufficient amount of carbs without bloating so I prefer to keep all my grains to dinner time! I have been a vegetarian for the past 6 months and grew up in a veggo household so the only reason I occasionally ate meat in these sorts of circumstances was for protein but now I have found plenty of other options 🙂 x

The first few go in the fridge but the rest go in the freezer to stay fresh 🙂 x

DO YOU FREASE THE FOOD OR PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE?
Julie Malou says:
October 15, 2013 at 1:36 am (UTC 0)
Because meat is unhealthy, animal protein is bad for our bodies.
And yes it is worse than eating plants. Plant foods are good for you + eating plant based foods saves the environment and puts less pressure on the worlds resources such as water. Meat eating is basically destroying out planet. And of course it also brings much suffering to innocent creatures. Eating plants don’t do that. You see?
Julie Malou says:

I would need four of those servings to get full 🙂
And like some of the others say, I would add some good carbs sources as full grain pasta or brown rice, maybe potato or just a piece of full grain bread on the side.
I am a vegetarian so of course I would also recommend not eating meat…
But really nice vid and nice advice, you look really good as well!

Sandy Prater says:

I watched the cooking section and saw you put the veggies in (turned out lovely btw…I’m a kabocha squash addict myself), but I didn’t see you put any oil on them. Was the finished product, which looked delicious, without any type of oil or spray? Because I don’t like all the extra calories the oil adds but had always thought you had to put it on.

A cabbage or lettuce leaf would probably be healthier. Cassey has a recipe for crepes, so that might be ok. I’m assuming store-bought, or traditional crepes probably are made with sugar and white flour??

Man, I need to drop some weight, right now. Have you ever heard of Belly Busting Box? My best mate has shed 30kg to date by using it and strongly endorses it. Recently I began and have lost 5kg so far so I’m getting kinda inspired. Search Search Engines for Belly Busting Box.

You can make them yourself and it’s really easy:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup of canola oil
1 cup of hot water.
You basically mix everything and then divide the dough, roll them into circles and cook them on an ungreased griddle/pan. ^^

Too much fake and bullshit.
