How can I lose weight fast but in a healthy way?

Question by 60saidHi: How can I lose weight fast but in a healthy way?
I am 15 and I really need to lose weight! Its disgusting that i could let myself weigh this much. I dont like exercising in public and I am open to any healthy eating diet suggestions and HOME workout tips 🙂 any help would be great. Thanks

suspect you aren’t fat, just dumb or reading too many trash mags.

they taught you about nutrition at school, you should have listened. You can MOVE in public, go dancing, cycling, walking, whatever. Just get out of the house and get a life.

    Do some cardiovascular exercises 3 – 5 day a week for 30 – 60 minutes, stay away from sugars, simple carbs and very fatty foods like fench fried for example.

    Eat fatless food. Exercise daily but not too much .you should an control on your eating.Don’t eat hotel foods or any bakery items.Go for a walk in the morning.Play outside atleast for half an hour everyday this will surely reduce your weight.

    Hello, you will have to cut back on your calorie intake by eating smaller portions of healthy foods. There are many really low calorie foods out there that are very healthy. You should also drink lots of water, and eliminate snacking before bed, as it could add lots of extra calorie when you need it the least. There are also exercises you can do at home like riding an elliptical machine, free weights, and skipping.     Being just 15 years old you need to worry about your weight because in future it can be problematic for you and it can hinder your daily activities.
    I would suggest you lose weight but in a healthy way
    Try to focus on your Diet. You should eat the food which is healthy and less caloric..
    Being on diet doesn’t mean to stop eating . It means eating the food which healthy and less caloric food.
    You should get tips and a proper diet plan and should start working on that..
    And keep patience which working on your diet plan.. It takes some time to see the results.
