I randomly came across your Chanel and I loveee it, I love to cook so
naturally that means I can buy simple fresh ingredients and try to make
something yummy out of it. I have a question about yogurt , by full fat
what do u mean? Where would I look for that ? Its so hard there are many
different types of yogurt now a days and I was wondering if you could give
a recommendation of a few types you like? I am not really picky with my
yogurt I just like the simple kinds as I ussualy add in chia seeds and
berries myself . thanks so much 🙂

Hi Carly, I just discovered your 30day challenge :)! My issue with carbs
for dinner is I get really bloated and all I want to do is sleep ( as you
mentioned), therefore I am always scared that my stomach will gradually get
bigger. I have noticed my lower abs getting slightly bigger – should I cut
down on the dinner carbs, try to fall asleep 3-4hrs after dinner or
increase my full body & abs workout … any suggestions ? Thanks x

Hey Carly I love this vid but I need a bit of help! You said ️Eat majority
of your carbs before bed, won’t that store them as fat? Thank you! Xxxxx

Are frozen veg and fruit/berries okay? I heard the nutrient level isn’t as
good. I am an independent university student living in a rented apartment
with my partner, and as a young couple going through Uni who need to rely
on our own income etc we want to eat healthy but honestly it is so much
more expensive! I would love a video on how to eat healthy on a budget!
Especially here in Tasmania where a mango costs $4, and avocados are $3
each!! Aside from apples most of our fresh fruit and veg are rather
expensive, compared to mainland Australia and many other countries.

Hi Carly!
Great video i ll start that as soon as possible!
Just a question, I saw on your menu that the only fruits allowed are
berries and in the morning. Are all fruits all right?
Also, in your video you show “authorized” food – 7min21sec – but I don’t
see any other fruit… Should i put everything in the Garbage? :(

Please help! You said eat the majority of your carbs just before bed.. I’ve
always been told to have them earlier in the way/minimise before bed
because then you’ll use them/burn them throughout the day? Finding your
channel couldn’t have come at a better time.. Feeling really demotivated
after losing my first 10lbs but you’ve changed that already! thank you.

Would two scrambled eggs cooked with spinach cooked in them with a side of
rasberries and pecans be a good breakfast.

Thanks so much for providing a healthy food plan that is realistic for
people to follow! So many people go for the wrong foods, or try the fad
diets and easily gain their weight back. You are doing a good thing here in
promoting a healthy way of life! This was just the thing I need to get back
on track with my fitness journey, thank you. :)

I find it funny how so many products claim to be ‘fat free’, but are LOADED
with sugar. They can do this because the product itself doesn’t contain
fat, but once it’s in your body the sugar converts to fat anyway. It’s VERY
misleading for uneducated consumers!

Such a good video.
I’m starting university in 7 weeks, which I’m natural nervous about. But
I’m especially nervous about putting on weight, particularly because I have
to fit into a crazy slim expensive bridesmaid dress in December. Do you
have any tips for keeping slim and healthy while on an incredibly low
budget? I’ve never had to cook for myself before, so would love some help
on how to stay slim. I’m currently very active because of my families
karate organisation, but am worried of weight gain in university. I’m also
allergic to milk and butter. :(

this, I get to have what I want every now and then and I don’t have to
stick to boring nasty recipes. Thank u so much for doing this video!
