  1. sc says:

    food (to do):
    1) eat negative-calorie foods like broccoli or celery to burn calories (they require more calories/energy to digest).
    2) eat snacks of at least 200 calories. anything less leaves you hungry.
    3) during a meal, drink soup first so you wont eat as much. same applies to drinking water with every meal.
    4) eat slowly. it takes 20 min for your body to realize its full.

    food (not to do):
    1) dont skip breakfast. thats how sumo wrestlers gain weight.
    2) avoid trans fats. look in the ingredients list for “shorterning” or “[partially] hydrogenated” b/c even though it says 0 g trans fat, if it has less than 0.5 g, the company can round down to 0.

    misc/tips:
    1) dont eat after 8 pm to give time to digest, but dont go to bed hungry.
    2) weigh yourself daily.
    3) buy a pair of really nice jeans that are bit smaller than the size you wear now so whenever you look at it, it’ll be a motivation to lose weight.
    4) if you want to look good for a special occasion, dont eat carbs 2 days before it.
    5) mix these ingredients and drink every day for 7 days to lose 5 lbs of excess water weight:
    16 ounces distilled water
    1 tablespoon sugarfree cranberry juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 dandelion root tea bag
