Blake’s All Natural Foods Debuts New Line of Unique, Savory Comfort Food Meals at Expo West

Concord, NH (PRWEB) March 06, 2014

At this year’s Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA., Blake’s All Natural Foods, best known for its natural and organic comfort food dishes, will unveil a completely new line of all natural frozen meals. The product line will feature five brand new dishes that will be available nationwide starting in May 2014.

As one of the fastest growing brands in the Natural grocery channel with the top selling frozen protein-based item – Chicken Pot Pie – Blake’s sees this product line as an opportunity to expand its offerings and further the company’s goal to provide its consumers with convenient and healthy made-from-scratch meals, just like mom used to make. The new all natural line will join consumer favorites including classic comfort food dishes like Chicken Pot Pie and Mac & Cheese, and gluten-fee offerings such as Shepherd’s Pie and Gluten-Free Chicken Pot Pie with a cornbread crust.

These unique, protein-based savory meals are not only new to the Blake’s All Natural Foods line-up, but also to the freezer case, using old family recipes you won’t find in your typical frozen entrée. Blake’s new line of meals will include the following:

Meatloaf Dinner Casserole with antibiotic-free, hormone-free beef, garlic mashed potatoes, garden peas, and savory gravy
Chicken Dinner Casserole with antibiotic-free, hormone-free white meat chicken, home style mashed potatoes, Blake’s signature gravy, and topped with traditional holiday stuffing
Chicken & Dumplings with antibiotic-free, hormone-free white meat chicken in a hearty southern gravy and topped with scrumptious dumplings
Chicken Noodle Casserole with antibiotic-free, hormone-free white meat chicken, organic pasta, savory mushroom cream sauce and sprinkled with a cheesy breadcrumb topping
Tuna Noodle Casserole with organic pasta, savory mushroom sauce, garden peas, and topped with potato chips

“With this new line of all natural meals, we looked back in Great Grandma Clara’s recipe box to re-invent classic dishes that have been in our family for four generations,” said Chris Licata, President & CEO of Blake’s All Natural Foods. “We’re always looking for new ways to bring unique, convenient, made-from-scratch meals to as many people as we can and this new line does just that, in a healthy and all natural way that hasn’t been done before.”

At Expo West, Blake’s will offer samples of three of the new meals at Booth #5211: Chicken & Dumplings, Chicken Dinner Casserole, and Meatloaf Dinner Casserole, giving Expo West attendees an exclusive look (and taste!) of the new meals. The new line will be on shelves and available nationwide starting in May.
