Do i eat healthy for a teenager?

Question by Champane: Do i eat healthy for a teenager?
Im a girl, 16, 5’4, & weigh 137. I usually burn 500-600 cals at the gym everyday. What i eat is: breakfast-1/2 cup oats, an orange, 1&1/2 cup almond silk. Snack-luna bar(used to eat fiber one bars but will swicth to luna, are they any healthier??),fruit. Lunch-an apple and a sandwich thin with pb. Snack-salad(1&1/2 cup salad mix, 1/2 cup cottage cheese), planters nut mix. Dinner-varies, usualy lean cuisine, morning star, smart ones, or green giant. I drink 6 bottles of water.a day and 2 cups of green tea. So do i eat healthy for a teenager? And are luna bars healthy?

    You eat way healthier than me and im a teenager. One tip though. Dont drink bottled water that you buy at the shops. They have proved that women that drink bottled water are more likely to get cancer.

    You eat more than healthily you eat like someone I wish I would could eat like.
    How do you do this?!?!
    OF COURSE YOU EAT HEALTHILY. Why even ask this question, you know you eat well! You eat healthy even for an adult!
