Best thing you can do for healthy meals is to include veggies and grilled/broiled foods like salmon, chicken and lean cuts of pork and beef. Here is a website with really good recipes that are easy and rather healthy.

You can make a vegetarian meal most people don’t even want to eat it once the name is heard but you can make veggies, and make a beautiful using maybe those big peppers that aren’t spicy and grilled salmon. You can have some fruits and veggies. But really some marshmellow with the chochlate and have some smores don’t be to veggie. Eating vegetables are good but too much of anything is horible.
