Question by monkey1206: will riding my bike 3 hours a day and eating healty food help me loose weight?
i really want to loose 25 pounds and i have 2 more months, will riding my bike, drinking lots of water, and eating healthy foods help me loose weight? i also want to cut off some belly fat and loose 7 inches. Is it all possible? i am 15 years old (girl)

    Increased exercise and eating healthy foods will help with weight loss.
    But if you are already a normal healthy weight it will take longer to achieve.
    The heavier you are, the quicker you will lose the weight and then it levels off.

    Be sensible about it though.
