Does anyone know of a good diet that actually works. I have tried several diets and none have worked. I am looking for a diet that makes me loose weight and i then want to be able to eat normally, because when i eat normally i never gain or loose weight. Please help!

Paleolithic diet (its a lifestyle really).. you can do it cooked or raw either way its the healthiest and most natural diet because you stick to the diet we evovled to eat… no grains, no dairy, no sugar, no salt, no legumes, no processed foods..

meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds… you can eat as much as you want whenever you want… no need to count calories

stick to grassfed meat if you cant then fine its still 10000 healthier than what 98% of the rest of population eat.

    The trick to long term weight loss is to change how you eat permanently. Eating a proper, balanced diet will help a lot. And if you add in some exercise you will see results. But don’t worry if progress is slow. It’s much more important that you do something that is sustainable. Sure, you can go on one of the crazy detox diets, but you can’t live like that, it’s temporary. So, take it slow and do it right. The basics of losing weight is you need to burn more calories than you’re taking in. So if diet isn’t working, increase your exercise instead.
