Cut a mango into pieces, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple in a bowl then mix it around. Also make frozen yogurt. Just put your favorite yogurt in a blender and add ice.

Fruit and yogurt. Also pop some unsalted popcorn or pretzels are good.

fruit, whole grain cookies and crackers, finger veggies (carrot sticks etc…), one really healthy snack is baby snacks, believe it or not! (Gerber Graduates) they taste awesome, and are really low in calories!
Good Luck!

When I’m hungry I pop a bag of some low cal popcorn. You can find bags that are 100 calories and popcorn is more filling than most snack foods. Oranges are also one of the more filling fruits you could get. And if your just in a munchy mood and don’t care what your eating try celery.

Sliced apples with peanut butter, celery with peanut butter or fat free cream cheese, carrot sticks, sliced bell peppers, celery sticks or other veggies with fat free ranch dressing, almonds, sliced fruit with the following dipping sauce
1 container fat free Cool Whip
1 large box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
Let Cool Whip thaw for about an hour. Mix in pudding mix using a mixer until well blended. This is best with strawberries, but any fruit will do.

The easiest and healthiest snaks you don’t need to make at all. Fruits and some veggies.
Apples, pears, peaches, oranges, bananas, kiwi, all types of berries, carrots, celery.
Nuts are good too.
