So I’m planning to lose a few pounds and i already got the excersizing down it’s just the healthy eating that gets to me and i dont really know how to healthy eat. So i was wondering, if you follow the food pyramid will you lose weight (with daily 1 hour exersize) ?

Yes. I probably follow the daily pyramid. Count calories for one. Cut out high calorie/fast/fried food for the most part. If you need to eat unhealthy for a meal do it once a week.

4-5 veggies/day (1/2 cup–serving)
4-5 fruit (1/2 cup serving)
grains
dairy–cheese, yogurt (80 cal)
meat(size of your hand) 3 oz

It is easy to do. If you eat a large salad–lettuce, tomatoes carrots, cuc, peppers, cranraisins, dressing–low fat, 6 crackers. That is 2 servings fof fruit and 3 veggies.

I have canned soup–campbells, progresso, 1/ potato, lean pockets, lean cusines meals –add salad to all theses.

Cheese stick (70), 15 grapes, 7carrots, 1t peanutbutter,6 crackers, apple,1 laughing cow light triangle cheese. Nice dinner and different. Exercising is the spelling for it.
