I need a Healthy snack for my kids after school, but it also needs to be EASY and quick! help me
they are Teens which is VERRY hard and picky eaters
please help me!

Mine always loved dipping veggies (carrots,celery,brocoli…) in ranch dressing.

i’m not sure their is always vegetables, but then again we are talking about teens so i dont think that would really work unless they like eating healthy foods like that, you could also try grapes, cheese and some wheat crackers, my friends eat that they love it and its good for them, and you can use any fruit and any cheese and also any cracker, its really quite easy to prepare too, i hope i helped

If you had young children, I would suggest making something like ants on a log (peanut butter and raisins on celery.) However, since you have teenagers, I would suggest that you think of a fun way to get them to make their own snacks. People are more likely to eat something if they make it themselves. Perhaps you could have a contest to see who can make the best snack, and the winner gets to pick what you have for dinner.

I like yogurt with crumpled up graham crackers in it… You can also add walnuts or raw almonds to it… Makes for a healthy snack! Even better with fresh strawberries… If you use the strawberries make the yogurt vanilla.

Easy Cheesy Snacks Recipe courtesy Rachael Ray
1 container soft herb cheese (recommended: Boursin)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato spread or tapenade
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 package flat bread crackers
Open cheese place in the middle of serving plate, top with sun-dried tomato spread and the chopped parsley. Surround with flat bread crackers.
