Nourish Bakery Serves Up Healthy Eating in Huntsville, Alabama

Schlaman has been a long-time advocate of avoiding gluten for a number of digestive and autoimmune disorders within her immediate family, along with eating a Paleo diet to improve physical fitness. In addition, she knows the benefits of eliminating most starches and sugars in a person’s diet. While these specific diet foods were extremely beneficial to her family, the process of making food became both time-consuming and expensive. After coming up empty on a search for where she could simply buy these items, Schlaman decided to open her own bakery; specifically, a first commercial bakery of its kind, using only the finest ingredients and methods to serve this fast-growing market.
