I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I was 2. I eat corn without any
problems. Same with dairy products.

Hi Dr Clarke. I’ve been watching a few of your videos lately. I think I
might be gluten sensitive, and would love it if you could let us have a
list of things that are ok to eat. Thank you.

hello from Turkey and thank you for this video, dr. david. you said there
is no exact avoiding list for everyone suffers from gluten intolerance
diseases but could you share all suspects for cross contamination in order
for some cautious people to avoid them in case of short response.

Dr. Clark, thank you for these videos! i only wish i would have came across
your videos sooner. question about corn….is it just corn and corn flour
that is to be avoided or all the corn products, such as corn syrup, corn
starch, baking powder, dextrose, maltose, citric acid, ascorbic acid, etc
etc etc?

So what is this about dairy? Also does the celiac vaccine protect you from
corn too?

I think it’s just yellow corn. I am off wheat, and can identify when I feel
the cross-reactive symptoms with yellow corn, but it does not happen with
white corn. I don’t know about blue corn.

netflix checkout corn nation or it is called something like that. It is a
documentary on modified foods mixing dna strains to make food grow faster
and larger. I think corn was one of the ones they mixed with wheat because
the wheat grew faster . Been a while since i seen the video

Just diagnosed with celiac disease this past summer, and I’ve definitely
felt a difference cutting out gluten, what I hadn’t cut out was corn!! And
it makes perfect sense now because I’ve still been having my typical celiac
“gluten” reaction when I know I haven’t eaten any gluten. Thank you for
sharing your knowledge!

Hello I know you are looking for Dr. Clarks insight but I thought I would
chime in a possibility. Maybe you are allergic to a certain type of grain?
I know most are made of wheat. But there are a few that are not. Or maybe
you can handle small amounts of gluten. Maybe the chicken breading only has
a very small amount of gluten. While bread (depending on what flour) might
have a significantly larger amount that make symptoms more
noticeable/painful.

“Do not eat corn” — do you mean for the first thirty days or forever?
Thanks…
