This recipe looks great, but I was wondering if there was a substitute for

I was in the mood to try and make my own Chinese food (chicken and rice),
something I’d never attempted to make before, and used this tutorial as a
guideline for the chicken. It turned out great!
Thanks for making this video.

In the Video you use rice wine vinegar for the marinade but on the recipe
you do not have it under the marinade and breading. Do you use rice wine
vinegar in the marinade and sauce?

You make the rice the day before, right? Do you refrigerate it? Just
leave it in the pot / rice maker? Put it in a container and leave it at
room temperature? Could someone clarify this for me please?

well, I think the egg wasn’t ready, and should better spread some salt on
the egg. And we usually wouldn’t put rice directly on the oil. But it is a
nice video. Sometimes I want to shot some videos about how to make Chinese
food and put it on the YOUTUBE, but I am just too lazy.
