For the spirit of Christmas, our friend, Chef Ron Graham, has made a culinary piece to enlighten one of the most popular camps in northern Alberta for every crew member as well as residents of Birch creek Camp.
As seen in the image here- it is a ginger bread house decorated with many christmas trees, candy canes little stones, brown sugar, smarties, and also snow made out of icing sugar and mashmallows.
