When I say health eating habit I mean eating a breakfast lunch and dinner everyday. Not just junk food and soda and stuff.

It does have an affect because you’re not consuming so much oils and fat in your body. Eating healthy and possibly using a great facial wash with salicydic acid will definitely help your breakouts.

    It can help yes and proper exercises , food supplement and personal hygiene.

    Yea man, and drink at least 2 litres of water a day, it really helps acne.

    And get some medication, i reccomend Minocycline, an antibiotic oral med that will cause you to break out at first, but then it will make your skin flawless.

    Absolutely. Eating balanced meals three, or four or five times (more, smaller meals are even better for your health) is a good practice in general. You’ll be sick less and less sick when it does happen. And, acne will be far less as oils and other impurities will be distributed and excreted more efficiently.
    Also, less sugar and less salt are good ideas too. These two together will certainly benefit you healthwise!!
