I’ve been daily using golden milk using about 1 tablespoon of cooked
turemic in almond and coconut milk with additions of black pepper, organic
coconut oil, cinnamon and raw, unpasteurized local honey, crystallized
ginger with the sugar washed off, cloves, cardamom, and nutmeg, and a bit
of liquid stevia to taste, and I think it is really helping my skin.

I would like to clear up one fact that the circumin can indeed be heated
without losing biological activity… infact it apparently increases
bioavailability. people should take it with black pepper and a little
olive/cocunut oil to further increase bio availability. studies also show
heat apparently prevents the breakdown of the molecule.

I started having a glass of Turmeric tea daily. I actually notice a
difference, it really does seem to work well as a natural anti inflammatory
which is great because NSAIDs can damage your kidneys with continued use
and kidney tissue doesn’t grow back, once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Turmeric is terrific, although every food that comes near electricity tests
energetically weak, whether you use a refractometer or QRA or BDORT or CRA
or reflexology or even basic kinesiology, so, it’s important to supercharge
your foods (affordable supercharged lasers, or foodboosters or QVials, etc.)
Most of this very good video is about antioxidants. Turmeric is one of so
many great helpers for the immune system. Keep it easy by keeping it
simple: Greens, greens, greens, and lots of water, and don’t forget
air-dried seal salt and NEVER-heated oils
Dr. Mercola rocks!

I’m just wondering if the below information (garnered from the nih site)
would put Turmeric in the category of a dangerous anti-inflammatory such as
the ones below which are implicated in an increased risk for heart attack??
“Taking turmeric along with medications that also slow clotting might
increase the chances of bruising and bleeding. meds such as aspirin,
(Plavix), diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen, naproxen, etc”

The liver acts in phases for cleaning your blood. In phase 1, it washes the
toxins with enzymes and such, and sort of prepares them for conjugation.
Phase 2 it binds them to something like glutathione, which disables them.
Phase 3 it flushes them out through the bowels. Phase 1 can make some
toxins more “toxic”, which is where a bottleneck can occur between phase 1
& 2. Slowing down phase 1 can actually help phase 2 catch up, which -can-
be beneficial, but it’s circumstantial.

@WinWinSituations Preliminary medical research Turmeric is currently being
investigated for possible benefits in Alzheimer’s disease,[4] cancer,
arthritis, and other clinical disorders.Turmeric rhizome. In the latter
half of the 20th century, curcumin was identified as responsible for most
of the biological effects of turmeric. According to a 2005 article in the
Wall Street Journal, research activity into curcumin and turmeric is
increasing, with supplement sales increased 35% from 2004.

this video is shocking. you are trying to promote something good without
realising that milk has been linked to cancer. do your own research. check
out the movie called…..Forks Over Knives….. you can watch it on youtube.
humans are the only creatures that drink milk from another animal. animals
milk was created for animals that have different DNA to humans. the
countries with the most milk consumption also the ones with the highest
cancer.
also check out the film on youtube called….Got The Facts about Milk…..

can;t see a problem with uncooked turmeric as some one mentioned in a

The reason turmeric with cow’s milk is suggested by Indian texts is to
balance Turmeric’s drying and hot nature. Also Turmeric is fat-soluble, so
having it with non-fat foods (as a tea for instance) will not give you
results. So just make sure you put the paste in a fat-containing food.

You should see Turmeric/curcumin paste eat skin cancers!. I bought some
from anti-aging site in America and thought to use it on my BCC’s and it
just ate them up. My Doctor was impressed and remarked on how turmeric is
taking the medical world by storm. I know turmeric has to be heated for
efficacy and there’s also something about it being heated in oil and
bioperine to be of most benefit internally. I take turmeric tablets every
day, but beware, it does have good doses of Bit B6 in it naturally.
