I like the fact that you are trying to eat healthy.
I like the low fat cottage cheese. Not only it is low fat, it has calcium. I like your bean intake.
However, I do not see any vegetables. You ate half an apple, but can you try more? Can you have a bowl of salad? Stir fry vegetables? Soup with vegetables?
Breakfast: You did great with breakfast.
Lunch: sweat potato has a lot of fiber and it is good for you, but you should add a little salad here. If it is too much food for you, I would eat either the crackers or sweet potato AND have some greens.
dinner: Soba is good, but it is still just carb. You ate a lot of carb, and it is fine unless you are trying to loose weight. You should put more vegetables and fruit for your dinner.
Rules of thumb: eat 5 serving of fruit and vegetables
snack: you did a great job with your snack
If you are really want to know whether you are eating healthy, there are great websites that will help you.
caloriecount.about.com
This is my personal favorite website. It will not only tell you the calorie intake, it will tell you the nutrition in all the areas so that you see what you are eating too much or too little on.
