This is very well thought out, not to mention the great presentation. Thank
you for sharing this. Our eating philosophies are very similar, so this is
one of the best videos I have come across. It has also inspired me to put
together other interesting lunches. Boring meals (or worse, bland or bad
tasting foods) often lead to unhealthy snacking for me 😛
