Low fat cottage cheese!! Also, I had this awesome chocolate low-fat pudding recipie with ricotta cheese in it, and it tasted awesome.

There are many types of ‘cheese’ on the market now that are made from soy. Google ‘soy cheese’ and see how many brands you can come up with. Some are better than others, but all should be dairy product free. Some taste great. Others are horrible. It’s just a matter of buying in small quantities initially and trying them out til you find one you like.

You can find a bunch of products in health food and grocery stores that resemble cheese, yet contain no diary. Most are made from soy or rice, and can be found in chains like Whole Foods and Wild Oats, or any small health store. Most are vegan, unless they contain casein. You can actually make your own cheeselike foods, I used to use The Uncheese Cookbook which has a lot of tastey recipes. Most recipes will require nutritional yeast, which is not real yeast but contains lots of B vitamens and is healthy, and tastes a lot like real cheese!
