Pretty much all veggies
-Veggies
The darker gree they are the healthier and more vitamins and nutrients they have( ex- spinach or broccoli), also the brighter in color they are (ex-carrots, bell peppers, etc) the better they are. If you want low in calories try celery and lettuce.
-Breads/grains
Get whole grain, wheat or multi grain breads, they are much better then white breads! You can also get whole grain pasta and cereal. Also healthy 🙂
-Dairy
Try 1% or low fat milk. 2% and other types have LOTS of fat, but they are tasty. Yogurt is good because it’s lots of healthy bacteria. Also try looking into soy milk occasionally.
-Nuts
Good for snacking on and high in protein and such. Try lightly salted peanuts and almonds. You can try Adams natural peanut butter too. It’s tasty and healthy.
-Fish
Have good oils. Salmon and tuna, etc are perfect
-Fruit
I think this ones pretty self explanatory
-Drinks
Lowfat milk, soymilk, water (of course), 100% fruit juices

    Fish – if you don’t like fish take a fish oil tablet with DHA daily
    Cauliflower & broccoli
    avocado, nuts & olive oil
    Dark chocolate
    Berries
    Whole grains
    Water
    Red Wine
    coffee (small amount of caffeine has some benefit)
