Yes, in an ideal world, everyone would eat healthy, well-balanced meals. I’m glad you recognize that. The video we’re commenting on is promoting good health, which I think is great. Americans are fatter these days than ever before. People are not responsible with what they consume, which is why there are so many obesity-caused illnesses and deaths. Eat however you want. Luckily the one thing we Americans still have is our choice.

@10335086 You do know that most medical problems associated with meats are actualy the same things which can be associated with being obese right? If you eat properly and balanced there is no problem. I eat meat every day for dinner and lunch and I get regular blood checkups. I’m 100% fine. I think there’s way to much hype over it. I also work out alot so I need my protein to repair my muscles. And god damn its tasty. Even chimpanzee’s go crazy for meat. We’re made to eat it. But veggies too 😀

  16. 10335086 says:

@BrutusAlbion if you’re okay living the way you do and dying at 80, old and crippled, be my guest. And by the way, animals were designed to eat meat. Humans are built a little different. I never said to completely cut meat out of your diet. All i said was that it, *increases* your chances of getting cancer. i am not vegetarian but maybe if people start eating more plants, fruits, and nuts, medical care wouldn’t be the 3rd cause of death in the United States.

  17. BrutusAlbion says:

@10335086 No, you just believe in something being bad merely because u want it to be bad. Not looking at the whole picture. Animal protein isn’t bad, why else would animals be eating themselves if it was bad. All animals would be vegetarians. Almost everything u do carries a risk of cancer, however if eating meat is gonne shave of 1/2 or even a year of my life expectancy, well so be it. I’m gonne be criple at that age anyway, might as well have enjoyed it till that age instead of being snotty.

  18. 10335086 says:

@BrutusAlbion I’m not labeling everything cancerous. Just animal protein.

  19. HealthyEatingAce says:

Try wasabi mayo instead of the mayo and pesto. Wasabi has lots of flavor of course, but you won’t use very much, so the downside of the mayo is minimized.

Where did you eat that you had a breast and a half LEFT OVER??? That would not be a good place for me to eat.

  20. BrutusAlbion says:

@10335086 Using toothpaste increases ur chance of cancer as well. Are you gonne stop brushing ur teeth now? (sometimes the benefits are bigger than the downsides, go figure that one out before u label everything evil and cancerous)

    Pull ur shirt down,0:44

  22. 10335086 says:

Eating protein from animals increases your chances of getting colon cancer.

  23. Lisica2008 says:

@SueJungle How dare you criticize Saint Bethenny? She’s an authority on EVERYTHING! 🙂

  24. Lisica2008 says:

Why does this woman think she’s an authority on anything?
