I usually eat 1 slice of whole grain toast with an egg white omelet and some yogurt (60 calorie)…….or oatmeal with yogurt and some fresh fruit……sometimes cottage cheese instead of yogurt.

Orange juice, muesli with skimmed milk, followed by bacon and egg on fried bread with mushrooms, tomatoes, and black bread, followed by coffee with milk or cream but no sugar for health reasons.

High protein and low carbs make the best metabolism kicking breakfast.
High carbs first thing in the morning actually retards your metabolism. It gives you instant energy by spiking your blood sugar and insulin, then you crash.

A smoothie: throw non-fat vanilla yogurt, a frozen banana and some berries in the blender. Add some wheat germ or protein powder if you like.
Or one egg and two egg whites scrambled w. mushrooms, peppers, onions – in a whole wheat tortilla wrap if you like, possibly w. some low-fat cheese.
