Question by Lianne: eat healthy?
i am not fat i am actually pretty thin and i excercise a lot. but i do eat a ton of junk. I really want to start eating healthier 4 healthier hair and skin. what is a good way to start?

I’m on a Diet of
1.) Oats and Honey
2.) Steamed Chicken w/ brussel sprouts and spinach
3.)Brown Rice
4.) Red Wine
5.) Trail Mix, fruits for snacks

just eat healthier food, get enough sleep and be hydrated all day (7-8 glasses of spring water)

no carbs diet and lots of water trust me you will look and feel good also your skin will look great and healthy !!!!

try eating healthy fats, such as fish oil
