For all you vegans, for the chicken taco salad. Fry tofu squares with a
spicy seasoning of your choice. Eg. paprika and herbs

I’m sorry but these are just not practical for most college students. I
love most of your videos but these just won’t help most college students.
Most students don’t have the time or money to cook and buy every single one
of their meals. As a college student myself, this was useless. I love your
videos. I want to eat healthy. I just need REAL, PRACTICAL ADVICE.

1:15… “make your blood sugar go all crazy”… haaaahahaha 😀 You really
like cauliflower don’t you, I eat it sometimes. Personally I don’t bother
with recipes or slicing anything except rarely, I just eat many things raw.
I believe raw fruit is the best food for humans to eat because it’s what
we’re evolved to eat. We are one of the great apes, and they eat as much
fruit as they can, we love eating it instinctively as well when it’s fresh.
You say in one of your videos that people get tired of the same foods,
which may be true in a way but if you eat the same fruit such as a banana
on its own, it’s a little better than dicing it up with a load of other
fruits because the banana naturally contains all of the enzymes needed to
digest it in their proper quantities. Some people taking it to an extreme
with “mono-eating” of one fruit all day, but I don’t think that’s natural
or like that. Personally I tend to eat the same kind of fruits almost every
day, sometimes I refridgerate them to keep them preserved, however there
may be disadvantages to always doing this as well. And you also say
somewhere that you don’t like very hard apples sometimes… I used to feel
like that growing up and I had to go to the dentist every few months for
new fillings. However now that I regularly floss and use aloe vera
toothpaste and eat better, my teeth are perfect, I never have to visit the
dentist anymore and can bite anything. It’s like my teeth grew back,
despite what the dentist told me about having erosion in my teeth like of
an old person. They can bite on anything now and aren’t sensitive at
all…. the problems I had with my teeth and how easily I overcame them
eventually really opened my eyes to a lot of things in the world. I hope my
experience helps.

All of these recipes look great. I will definitely be trying the
cauliflower crust (and the riced cauliflower you introduced me to in
another video). I just think these recipes might be challenging for a
college kid, especially a freshman, because of the necessary kitchen tools.
When I first moved out of my parents’ house my kitchen was very basic.
Anyways, I find your videos very helpful =)

I want to make this for my boyfriend because he is allergic to gluten so
the cauliflower crust would be perfect! but…he is also allergic to eggs
(and half of the world) haha what could I substitute for the large egg??
THANKS!! I love your videos!!

something like that….an easy way is to put sum water to boil and put the
cauliflower in a metal strainer over the boilin pot of water n cover it the
steam from the water cooks the cauliflower u may have to time this because
u dont want to over steam it i may be mussy, over cooked, rubbery etc 🙂
hope this helps 🙂
