    goal weight and then do some weights or use the cords ? I want to lose

    I did this 3 times a day once when I woke up another at lunch and 1 time
    before I go to sleep and I didn’t eat any junk food and I drank nothing but
    water and I did this for 6weeks and I lost 35 pounds!!!!!!!

    Like it….but….not convenient if you cant get to a park, gym, or the
    allowance of a bar in an apartment…..needed something that doesnt require
    the use of a tool like a bar. is there a workout from the laying position
    that will do the job?

    Hey Amanda, yes you may feel soreness after training your lower abs but it
    should go away in a couple of days. We recommend training your abs once or
    twice per week when you are first starting out to allow them time to
    recover.

    I wanted to know does it hurt in the pouch area when u get your muscle back
    there , cause I have pouch and seems to hurt only in that area after
    working out.
