Anything that is healthy for you is healthy for your baby. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Juice is also a good alternative, but don’t exceed 4-6 oz. daily. Hope this helps.

    Same as you’re eating.

All fruits and vegetables, grilled and baked poultry, fish and other meats. Whole grains like rice and couscous, and whole wheat breads and pastas are very healthy too. Don’t forget yogurt, cheese and milk. Healthy possibilities are endless!
Breakfast I give my daughter a fruit and a grain like whole grain waffles or homemade bread.
Lunch she has a protein and veggie/fruit (like grilled chicken or scrambled eggs, raspberries and/or corn).
Dinner she has a grain, protein and fruit/veggie (like pasta with tomato sauce or pork and rice).
Snacks are usually yogurt, a cheese stick or fruit whenever she’s hungry.
She has milk with every meal and water if she’s thirsty during the day.
I also eat what she eats and I try to eat when she eats, so she’s learning mealtime habits, like using a fork and spoon. Hope I helped Good luck! 🙂

Hello there! My daughter Maria is 26 months old so I know how difficult this is!I bought Annabel Karmel’s book ‘new Complete Baby & Toddler meal Planner’ & its absolutely brilliant- you can also check out her website!
Firstly for healthy snacks I usually give Maria chopped up grapes or satsuma, hummous with bread or cucumber is always popular. You could offer biscuits with grated cheese.
Onto Breakfast, Mariaa’s fave at the mo is porridge with a tiny bit of sugar. You could also offer fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, or scrambled eggs.
For lunch, an easy option is a jacket potato- popular fillings are the classic tuna & sweetcorn or vegetable & chese( broccoli/cauliflower/tomatoes mashed with butter, milk & a little salt & scooped back into skin.
I often make fish pie for dinner- another tasty fish meal is fish in creamy mushroom sauce served with rice(check out recipes on A.K website!)One more tasty fish lunch is toasted tuna muffins- they’re really delicious!
I thick toddlers are more adventurous with food than we give them credit for- Maria loves Mulligatawny chicken (tomato base & mild curry flavour)- served with rice & poppadoms- this is lovely too!
maria loves the classic spaghetti bolognese.A quick no-meat alternative is spicy tomato pasta- my own creation!Iits onion, garlic, red pepper, tin of toms,a little chilli with salt & pepper- combine with the pasta & this is a tasty healthy meal!
My Monday night meal (yes for some strange reason i cook this on Mondays!) is cauliflower cheese served with veggies.
OK I must be boring the socks off you now, so I’ll finish up with puddings (yummy!)I love cooking apple & blackberry crumble, rice pudding served with strawberry jam,or tracle pudding with custard.
Occasionally I’ll cook ‘White chocolate Button Cookies & flapjacks (A.K recipe again!)OK thats it for now!Good luck & enjoy!xxx
