Protein (for sustained energy) and fruit (the natural sugar will wake you up): a piece of fruit and a quesadilla; orange juice & eggs – for example. Take some little baggies of dry-roasted nuts & dried fruit to snack on during the day too

I like bran cereal, yogurt and a banana.
Eggs are a great source of protein too, sometimes I have eggs instead of cereal. With juice or milk.

Try Kashi oatmeal. It’s filling, and yummy. Good to warm you up on chilly fall and winter mornings as well.

Cup of milk and sliced banana on toast, great for filling you up and slow release energy source.

scrambled eggs, yogurt, mixed fruit (pineapple, banana, apple) and cereal (the crunch and the chewing wakes me up!), tea (the caffeine lasts longer than that of coffee). Stay away from too much sugar because it will give you a kickstart but then you’ll crash right after. The protein makes that everything takes longer to digest. If you can, make a smoothie and use soy protein powder, a better quality protein than eggs.

    Fake French Toast
    2 eggs
    1 TBS water
1 pkt Splenda or 1 TB sugar
    dash of cinnimon

Beat the eggs (by hand is fine) in a small bowl. Add the rest and beat some more. Spray a small fry pan with non-stick spray. Heat on medium high until a drop of water would sizzle. Pour eggs into pan and cover. Cook until set. (Covering the pan makes this light and fluffy.)

Serve immediately with a little no sugar syrup …optional..i haven’t used it.
