What are some really easy, healthy food ideas?

Question by Morgan P: What are some really easy, healthy food ideas?
I’m 18, weigh around 135, and I’m 5’3. I have a lot of muscle so I don’t really look like I weigh that much, yet I still want to lose some weight. I exercise every day but fast food is much easier than having to fix something. Therefore, I would really appreciate some ideas for quick, easy, healthy meals or snacks!

go for the lunch box diet system…..hundreds of ideas in terms of recipes; otherwise fruits are great, nuts, quinoa grains salads, plain greek yogurt and assorted nuts/almonds, etc.

    cottage cheese with peaches or oranges.
    Turkey sandwich on wheat bread and light cheese and mayo with raw baby carrots and a non fat yogurt.
    Salad with raw spinach leafs and romaine lettuce topped with cubed ham, light dressing, and salad topping.
    Oatmeal
    Boneless skinless chicken breast, (you can boil it for about 30 minutes until completely white or baked it thawed for about 45 minutes at 375 or until white inside and out. Seasoned with some seasoned steamed veggies and a side baked potato cooked in a bowl of water for ten minutes in microwave with fork punctures in it. Add a little light butter and sour cream to potato with salt and pepper and you have a very healthy low fat meal.
    Brown rice is good.
    Tuna on wheat bread with light mayo and light cheese with some baby dill pickles on side. And a non fat yogurt.
