I eat really healthy during the day, but the snacks I eat aren’t that healthy. What are some easy to make, healthy snacks?

Yoplait yogurt, it tastes soooooooooo good and its low calorie, plus they have a bunch of desert tasting ones. and you can add granola to it to keep you even more full. also try cottage cheese and fruit. its high in protein and keeps you full.

rice cakes with hot caramel on top to eat when it is cool!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m always looking for healthy snacks for my kids. Some of the ones we like are popcorn, sweet potato french fries, fruit, cheese, veggies with dip or dressing, nuts, pretzels, fruit strips or dried fruit (I think fruit roll-ups are sugary, but the ones at Trader Joe’s & such are usually all fruit). i like to dip grapes in yogurt.
many granola bars are great for you ( the new special k pretzel bars are amazing)
quaker oats rice cakes (there are many different flavors)
a nice real fruit smoothie
triscuits
any fruits or vegetables

You could wash an apple and eat some bananas, just eat yogurt fruit and veggies.hope i helped!
