Question by jewels4xever: What are some great meal plans for losing weight?
I am looking to lose 10-15 pounds and to do that I am going to need some sort of meal plan. If anyone has any suggestions for low calorie meals and snacks please leave a comment. Also, if there are any good workout plans please include that too. Thank you so much!

Lean meat (grilled) and a green vegetable.

Try making sure when you eat a meal half your plate is fruits and vegetables a quarter is lean meat and a quarter is carbohydrates. Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks, even diet and zero and try drinking only water and milk. If you must drink soda, juice, coffee etc; try to limit yourself to a few sips each day. For exercise try to get out everyday, rain or shine and walk or jog for at least 1 hour. Listening to music helps keep you going while exercising.
