What are some easy healthy breakfast foods?

Question by Carrierox4ever13: What are some easy healthy breakfast foods?
I don’t have any time in the morning to eat breakfast before I leave for school (don’t tell me to get up earlier or make time because that is not going to happen!!) Its takes about 7 minutes (7 minutes healthy breakfast on the run) to get to school so that is how long I have to eat breakfast. What are some easy, healthy, not messy breakfast foods that I can take in the car with me and eat on the way to school?? Thanks!!

Try pure protein brand bars. They are low in fat and carbs, high in protein. The great thing, you are not hungry until lunch.

preboiled several eggs the night before…..grab yours eggs and eat them on the run, take a banana or perhaps chocolate milk.

    I always make a sandwich the night before so it is ready for me ~ I grab it ~ sometimes warm it a bit in microwave depending on what I make and go

    Other stuff
    baked chicken nuggets ~ I throw them in a cup, warm them and then take the cup in the car w/ me ~ pop them in my mouth

    Whole Wheat Egg White roll up
    you can make the night before and warm up in a paper towel, by the time you get in the car it is cool enough to eat and then yumm yum the next 7 mins of heaven ;~)

    toast a bagel then slap a piece of fat-free, or low-fat cheese in the middle. Wrap in paper towel. The cheese will melt a little while you are getting out the door. It is easy to eat and is actually pretty good considering how plain it is.
