Question by : what are all the benefits of eating healthy?
what does healthy eating do to your body on the inside and the outside? how does it make you feel? does it clear skin up of acne? does it help with losing weight?
please help. i’d like to know all the benefits of eating healthy

mhm iv heard that eating healthy has alot to do with skin,makes your hair healthy & nails,gives you more energy,makes you less stressed.

    -Yes diet can definitely help with acne. I know most skincare companies will say diet has nothing to do with acne but hey, isn’t it rather convenient for them if potential customers believe that, because then they’re more likely to buy their mostly useless products? Basically all foods that are bad for you are bad for your skin as well, but there’s a lot more to it than that. You can google some info or go to highonhealth.org which is a really good site
    -Yes eating healthy over a longish period of time should theoratically help with weight loss, if you ate badly before. It’s still pretty important to exercise though.
    – Diet can definitely affect your mood. If you have a well balanced diet, then your energy levels will be way more even, so you’ll have energy all the time but not too much. You will be more alert, more focused, and just in a generally better mood.
    Also eating healthy can be better for the envinronment (less packaged food, buying fresh and local produce) and prevent the risk of many major diseases.
