    Great video! Love your thoughts on your diet. I would definitely, however,
    really recommend to try vegan diet at least for 2 weeks to see how your
    body reacts to that. I’ve been vegetarian for 12 years and then decided to
    do a small experiment to see how my body would react to the diet with no
    animal protein. Felt much better.

    healthy bacteria and microbes not to mention lose very large amounts of you
    nutrients. Oh and NEVER boil your spinach.

    Good for you.You wont miss a thing living like a vegetarian.They make so
    much vegatarian food you won’t even notice the difference.Top 3: 1: It
    makes you younger and sexier.2 You develop clean odor.(clean food,clean
