Firstly, thank you for this excellent, informative video.

I have some osteo-arthritis in the base of my left thumb. I started to
drink golden milk approximately one week ago and noticed some excellent
pain relief after a few days.

To prepare the golden milk I first made a paste combining 1/4 cup turmeric
and 1/2 cup water in a pot, heated it for 7-9 minutes and then kept it in a
    jar in the refridgerator.

Whenever I wanted some golden milk I would take a cup of milk, add a
teaspoon of the paste, some freshly ground black pepper, fresh ginger,
honey, UDO’s Oil and ground cardamom.

After drinking the golden milk for a few days I noticed that the pain at
the base of my thumb was gone; I was elated. However, after a week or so
the pain has returned. The only thing that has changed is that I no longer
make the milk using paste, I just added ground turmeric directly to the
milk as I was making it.

Is the effect of the turmeric enhanced by creating the paste?

it is not about being careful about using the spices from India&China-Asia
in general’ its about being careful to understand any herb&spice the
properties and how they interact with the body. We must also ensure that
the product is organic and manufactured under stringent thats the issue(My
advice find someone who has the knowledge of these wonderful herbs far
superior to the Pharma but like anything we must use wisely and with
knowledge. We must respect them as we would the Traditional Drug and we will
    be fine

The people of India have the lowest incidence of Alzheimer’s in the world,
while the incidence of this disease is on the rise in the United States. It
may be due to the Indian diet and spices such as turmeric in curry. Very
    interesting.

You don’t need to be teenage to have cystic acne. My buddy and his kid each
had cystic and severe acne. Each had been able to remedy themselves right
after they uncovered the Acne Executioner (Google it). Plenty of people
won’t be as lucky as them however take a peek if you would like a cure.

  18. Proof Positivity says:

I started using turmeric just yesterday. Yesterday I had horribly itchy
eczema with little bumps and flaky skin. Today I have eczema with dry, not
so itchy skin. My eczema was not why I decided to try it. I decided to try
it because I heard it was good for other things. My eczema hasn’t been this
    smooth in a year.

it’s sad that the nature can often give us all the medicines. But the
companies just wanna earn money out of us. Just look at human being living
in a djungle versus a man living in a modern society. You see clearly that
the djungle human being is much more aware, alert etc. Because of the
    nutration

  23. THEGREENGODDESS7 says:

@SUNNYRHOADES9 You are telling the truth. “Big Pharma” stands to loose
billions of dollars if we as a people, who truly have the power, decide to
go by the ways of Mother Nature. Then they will try some nonsense to make
it harder to have these natural remedies or to completely destroy them
    using GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).
