ADDING SUGAR AND MILK TO COACOA??? Aren’t you now considered a HIPPOCRIT??? Stevia and coconut milk are a better choice. If you don’t like stevia, you can get Xylitol at the health store which tastes just like sugar and is healthy.

I’m surprised Quinoa was not on this list as they are a slow digesting carb, higher contents of protein, magnesium, iron, and other nutrients than brown rice.
