Dangers of Excess Iron in Men
Although iron is a healthy mineral used for various bodily functions, it
should not be consumed in excess. Men who take too much iron increase their
risk of developing heart disease and cancer.

Question, I hope you can reply. What are some ways to consume ginger?
Eating it as is is kind of weird and I’m not sure how effective it is in
boiling water as a tea. Thanks!

Where I come from, #1 is a Big Mac, fries, and a corn syrup drink. It is
truly invigorating, and what I’ve found on my journey is that, in essence,
#1 makes you feel like grabbing some Nutter Butters, to get the taste out
of your mouth, then, for the remainder of the day, you feel like you’ve
been poisoned :)

Enjoyed this video.
Question: I’ve been told that men should NOT be trying to take in Iron?
They remove iron from vitamins for men over 50 years of age. I have a lot
to learn…just putting this out there. Any help…open to comments.
Thank you.

Good day Ralph. I enjoy your videos and your view on diet and foods to
boost energy, foods to avoid etc. What is your opinion on how to eat a
balanced diet?

Awesome video Ralph! Unfortunately I’m allergic to avocados, chia seeds,
buckwheat, all nuts, coconuts and too many others. But one I’d say is a
true Superfood like chia seed is hemp seed. Perfect omega 6 to 3 ratio for
humans and arguably the best source of protein in the planet. PEACE :)

This is a great video about Kale with tips on how to buy and prepare it.
We know that putting good foods in our body is essential to health, but we
don’t always think about what we breath and what gets absorbed into our
skin. There are allot of health problems caused by toxic products in our
home that go into our body through our lungs and skin.
I’m so glad my family just does not have to worry about any of that
anymore.
