Thanks Billy for your video, it rehashed my interest in ginsing hunting.
You’re a real down to earth (literally) kinda guy, I love it. I’m grateful
for you sharing your knowledge on the subject.

thats cool i just now read where you put praise God ,you had your camera, i
am only 32 ,thank God my mamma and papa taught me this art, its seriously
spiritual, just cleansing , feels like God just Gave ya a million bucks
everytime you find a stalk , even if it is just a little one, i wish more
younger people knew how to do this , than we mite have less copper theft,im
tellin ya ,ive been diggin roots no more than 30 yards off the highway into
the woods ,can turn my stereo on in the car and listen to it while i dig,
right under my nose, its becoming a lost art, i know if i get to have
children im gonna teach how to find it, I live in Athens Ohio, but I drive
almost to kentucky, a little town called oak hill here in ohio ,bout 30
mile from kentucky, but hes trust worthy, i learn so much from the feller,
hes 105 this year , buys anything you can think of, even sumac bark, mite
cost me 20 dllrs more in gas to get to him, but his knowledge and time , is
worth it plus,i call ahead now let know im a comin he tells me he will give
me an extra 20 for gas to bring the roots to him, thanks for this video. i
didnt know other people felt like I do huntin sang!

I’m not sure if you will end up seeing this or not. My fiance and I have
taken our 2 boys out in the woods a couple times on the search . I have
looked up pictures and researched about what makes good spots and what not.
We haven’t found much that we are sure of but the 1 we actually did try to
dig felt like it was deep as could be. I was trying to be careful as could
be but we ended digging a good 8 inches down and it just kept going . My
question for you is how deep are these roots usually? Also how firm do they
hold into the dirt. I don’t want to just go yanking things out of the
ground. I have found some things that look almost identical to the pictures
I have seen but in time I’m sure we will get it spot on.

man budy you remind me of me, i get out in the woods huntin sang, and i
just shout praises to God all thru the woods, like im the only person in
the world, and God is blessin me with monster ginseng, it makes me feel so
good spiritually, and i people say somethin bout some of the berries bein
green, well the old feller that i sell my sang to will be a 105 this year
when i go see him , he told me if there was any green berries on there ,
just put em in the ground , and mother nature will still turn em red ,
awesome man ,, awesome

plants. Also I know they dont come up every year. But about ten times I
have found patches with no large plants. Any advice? Thanks and God bless

They Lord have mercy. The Lord definetely blessed you sir to find that
MONSTER Seng like that. God Bless You Sir and Thank You for posting these
videos. I really enjoy Ginseng and love to see people moved by the Spirit
of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Just curious what part of Tennessee
you buy in. I am in Northeast Tn in Mooresburg. If you aint familiar it is
around Bean Station, Morristown, Sneedville, Rogersville area. This season
has ended but I sure would rather sale to a fellow brother of our Lord
Jesus in 2014 if you are anywhere close.

Thats a sho enough niceun Billy. After seeing Appalachian Outlaws on TV I’m
getting more interested in this. I know a few places that I remember seeing
some. The berries stuck in my mind. You said something about it on one of
my huntingfootage videos. I’m getting older and use ginsana sometimes.
Figured the fresh stuff ought to be better. Good to see your doing well !
