I use turmeric along with baking soda and bentonite powder as a tooth
powder which I find works great (the turmeric serves to whiten the teeth).
I have also used it in a face mask along with other things (it made up
maybe about 1/4 of the mask components). It does stain the skin yellow when
you just wipe it off, but goes away easily using a little bit of soap. So
of course if using soap on your face is not something you like to do, it
may be safer to stay away from it to avoid looking like you caught a bad
    jaundice.. 😉
Thank you for all your informative videos. I’ve been going through several
of them, and moving on to part 2 of the turmeric series right now..

Happy New Year Carol, another great, great turmeric powder is made by
“Frontier” it is organic and is non irradiated, which is very important
too. also a little pepper with your turmeric will help your body to better
absorb the product. Frontier is one of the best……………also did you
    research Christian Wilde’s turmeric site?

After using turmeric for two weeks in my food it totally cleared up my
extreme dry hands and foot situation as well as corrected my blurred vision
problem while driving. I also feel much more stronger and alive and have
better energy. I now use this and alkaline water daily as a part of my
    diet.

Is it safe to use 1 or 2 tablespoon of turmeric in plain water? I’ve read
with juice but i want to give it a go without any, just plain water.

Amazing. Would be good emergency for people with heart and or circulatory
problems as well. Read the pdf book Curing_ with_ cayenne_Sam_ Biser. It is
a good short read very interesting and powerful info.

I know that Turmeric has Curcumin and has many health benefits. But there
is something strange that I cant explain in every study that there was they
concluded that only traces of Turmeric is absorbed so how can be
beneficial. Is there any serious study that shows the solution to absorb
much more. Can someone expalin me.

Hi There jocularjoe, Thank you for your comment, an adverse effect of over
consumption can be seen in drug interactions. I see what you mean of what I
said, I should of said it can reduce the effects of chemo therapy. The best
thing to do is not to take Turmeric when you are going through chemo
therapy. It’s best to speak to your doctor, Thank you for noticing that!

  19. healthyful says:

Hi There, Redtaz is correct about using black pepper to help curcumin
absorb better in the body. I use black pepper everyday with the Turmeric to
season my food. Thanks for watching. Many Blessings, Carol

That’s amazing that Ginko helped your circulation so quickly!! My family
and I love Golden Milk, and I continue seasoning my food with it. Watch
Part 2 and I give the recipe for the Golden Milk. That video is a bit long,
I guess I had a lot to say. Thanks again for your comment and information,
I appreciate it! Have a blessed Christmas and New Year! Blessings, Carol

Hi ginrue, Are you going to drink it all at once? You really only need to
add about 1/4 tsp. to your favorite milk or juice. It may not be good for
you to drink that much at one time. Turmeric paste contains 1/4 cup of
Turmeric and 1/2 cup of water or more and you just add 1 tsp. of that paste
in your favorite milk, than add some honey, add some black pepper to absorb
it. Adding it to water may not taste very good and it will not dissolve. It
will float on top of the water. Blessings, Carol

I just put 1/2 teaspoon turmeric in a large glass of hot Yerba mate tea. I
don’t use a mate gourd, I like a big cup ( glass) of hot tea. I used to
abuse coffee, but now hot tea once or twice a day is good. It seems to go
pretty well with yerba mate, it’s already a bit bitter before you add the
turmeric. As long as it does’nt give me acid I might do this every day.
    Thanks for posting.
