I really, really, REALLY hate the strong flavor of ginger, but I know it is
really good, especially for losing weight. How does one get over it’s
horrible flavour?

i always dice and cook ginger in my rice and veggie dishes. unfortunately,
my heating and cooking the ginger probably is damaging some of its
qualities, however i have noticed benefit in digestion. i can not speak to
other claimed benefits.

As an anti-fungal, it’s very good at treating fungal Candida. Fungal
Candida is something a LOT of people are suffering from, which hospitals
rarely diagnose. It’s probably the best cure for fungal Candida, since it
also stimulates the immune system. Fungal Candida thrives when the immune
system is compromised, such as with the administration of antibiotics by a
hospital, chemotherapy, Diabetes (the undigested sugar actually feeds
Candida), HIV, etc.
Fungal Candida infection causes the same symptoms of a hangover, as well as
those who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS, arthritis, and other
conditions.. I would guess that these conditions are actually just fungal
Candida. There’s also some speculation that fungal Candida is a precursor
to cancer, and that cancer is likewise a fungal infection. (Which explains
why ginger is effective at killing it)
Lastly just to clarify, I make the distinction between fungal Candida and
just “Candida”, because Candida exists naturally in our digestive tract. It
serves a purpose in absorbing some heavy metals, and rotting/putrifying
material. When it’s not kept in check by the immune system, and fed too
much of what it likes, and given an environment to flourish (alkaline), it
will mutate into its mycelial form (fungal) which is invasive and toxic.

Ginger beer is usually chock full of refined sugar, so… not the best.

Just so you know, real ginger beer is made with a symbiotic combination of
yeast and bacteria (“SCOBY”) known as “ginger beer plant”. The SCOBY is a
significant part of the health benefits of real ginger beer, as opposed to
“ginger ale” which is just ginger and sugar, with some chemical flavorings.

I’m a strong believer in Ginger, Baking Soda, Liquid Colloidal Silver 5-12
ppm, Pure Aloe Vera, Chlorella, 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, and
watermelon mixed in a blender and I mean the whole thing and eggs shell and
all in a blender. MOTHER NATURE KNOWS BEST.

I have been using the ginger for inflammation, I drink 2 to 3 cups of tea
per day, I use crystallized or candy ginger, a little bit of powder ginger,
cayenne pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, green tea, raw honey and hot water.
This didn’t do much for my inflammation but my ugly varicose veins has
greatly improved I had 2 very large clusters just below both knees, on
both thighs and the backs of my legs, The varicose veins are almost
completely gone on the left leg, they are diminishing a little slower on
the right leg But I’m just so grateful because these legs have come a
mighty long way. Very informative video, Thanks for sharing.
