Well, now you know. See. You don’t know everything. That’s what all that
fruit sugar can do. Study up! Even you can learn something!

You just contradicted yourself, you said you lost a lot of weight and then
started growing a fat belly. i’ve never in my life ever seen anyone
accomplish that. You don’t have to eat 100% raw, 50% raw is fine, the
important thing is to get in your whole foods and also make sure you
exercise every single day, go outside and move throughout the day. You
shouldn’t have a belly if you’re exercising and eating right.

Dump the the wheat from your diet. If you’re eating a low fat diet rich in
whole veggies and fruits and with perhaps a cup or two a week of whole nuts
and seeds. You shouldn’t be getting a belly. I find that I get the belly
when I eat fatty foods or if I eat wheat, I don’t eat gluten anymore, and
limit fat intake, I’m skinny as a rail. Have you looked at the 80/10/10
diet….that’s what I follow, impossible to get fat on that diet.

Again, not a heavy man. It is clear that he practices what he preaches.
With such evidence, this isn’t rocket science, as it were.
