Just had a smoothie with almond milk, goji berries, fresh raspberries and a
nourishing oil mixture. Yummy. The smoothie was a beautiful redish color
and the consistency was great. Goji berries are also called red diamonds
because they are so nutritious. They also make the body more alkaline the
acidic. Win-win-win all they way around.

I started eating goji berries a couple of days ago, started feeling pretty
dizzy and itchy in my nose.. basically the same feeling i get when it’s
pollen season out. I read somewhere that people with pollen allergies
shouldn’t eat goji berries. Anyone know anything about that? :)

I eat a teasppon everyday and I really feel like they reduce your hunger.
At least for me. I’m less hungry than before I took them.

Great video! I love goji berries just because they’re so yummy, but it’s

Will definitely look it up. I don’t eat meat, but I’m sure there’s a
vegetarian way of making it. Thanks for the suggestion 🙂

I just got a small bag from Navitas brand that Vitamin Shoppe carries for
about 5 dollars. I have sensitive skin so I can’t wait to see how it helps.
