  7. zalxder says:

goji juice is sour and bitter, but the berries themselves are totaly sweet and delicious like candy… i highly recommend goji in berry form!

  8. reptilianskin says:

Acai is a successfully marketed berry. I think it’s a lot more hype than anything else. A food high in antioxidants, protein, and fibre and much cheaper is beans.
Other than that, I pretty much agree with all the other foods she is talking about.

  14. bbaker6212 says:

Acai has almost no vitamin C. It gives you energy because it’s highly caloric with lots of carbs and good fats. It’s great stuff for sure in pure form, but it has almost no taste by itself and is usually sold with lots of some kind of sweetener added.

  15. NegativeNick says:

are you concerned that wheat grass has never shown to have any nutrients in it?

  16. BeMyVforever says:

  21. DaNitheG1rL says:

@watershed11 you do know that vitamins and minerals do not have caloric value? Fruit is all sugar, yet some are considered to be super food. You statement is flawed.

  22. nepejecto says:

I am a professional sports scientist and have nutrition knowledge. Superfoods are NOT just from tropical regions, acai, quinoa are very rich in nutrients antioxidants and so on, but back in the UK we have foods that are just as rich, blackberries, boysenberries, blueberries, pomegranbates, plums are as high or proven in recent studies even higher that all other tropical crazy expensive fruits… also fresh herbs arround here like peppermint, basil and parsley are packed with goodness.

  23. TripleTripleify says:

wish i could eat this healthy! but its friggin expensive! P.S i wouldnt have watched this if it was some dude talking hahaha….thankyou for the vids 🙂 me needs food knowledge…

Cooking is what Chefs do. You go out to eat. There is what we call McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Healthy Vegetarian and Subway For everyday.

    Family of 6 every meal.
    $200.00 for a weeks Dinner (7 days).
    $200.00 for a weeks Breakfast (7days).
    $200.00 for a weeks Lunch (7 days).
    Add dish-washing = $625.00

Compared to 6 people eating $6.00 Fast Food meal.
    3 meals a day = $18.00 x 6 = $108.00
    $108 A Day x 7 = $756 dollars a week.

anyone know the magnesium content of cacao per weight??

  33. SlipAllCityToy says:

    @MrSuperfood1
    Exactly…
    Are you disagreeing on something!?

  34. MrSuperfood1 says:

Coffee Cherry, Acai Berry are tops in my opinion where whole food nutrition and anti-oxidant capacity is concerned. My experience has been amazing with nutritional cures!!!

  35. MrSuperfood1 says:

@SlipAllCityToy I think the number is 11. I think in 30 years, 11 people have died as a result of “maybe” ingesting too many nutrients. 210,000 per year die from correctly taking Doctor prescribed Medications to include side-effects. 6 plus million in 30 years vs. 11.

  36. SlipAllCityToy says:

    @rebelryan69
    Is he selling something?
    Nutrition is bad?
Are you one of those 10 people that ever died because of vitamins?

  37. rebelryan69 says:

this guys a fucking con artist..

  38. bookconsumption says:

I love super foods, I eat plants -all kinds- they’re super. I’m vegan I feel frigg’n fantastic and don’t buy this shit. $145.00 for a 100g bag of phytoplankton are you kidding me. How the hell are people getting sucked into this shit? The Wolfe is a scam artist getting rich off ignorance. Don’t buy in to the lie. Get some quality information on nutrition. Check out people that actually know what they are talking about: John Robbins, Colin Campbell, Dr. Mcdougal, Joseph Keon, Dr. Esselstyn, etc.

  39. PuffSmelly says:

my place to hang out is the health food store

  40. tblaxxable says:

I don’t need to eat whale food. I’m human. DW appears to be just another salesman.

  41. zchild2 says:

Sorry, but this guy is a total fraud. Firstly, there is no “number one” compound in traditional Chinese medicine, and if there were, it certainly wouldn’t be Goji, it would likely be Panax ginseng. Secondly, he misspelled the genus (“Lycium”, not “Lyceum”), and the name is based on the region of Lycia, not on his proposed mythology. If you want Lycium berries, buy a small pack, cut one open, germinate the seeds, and grow your own, it’s extremely easy. This is simply uninformed profiteering.

  42. MormonManUtah says:

Unless you live a 100% raw food diet the super food benefits are not nearly as noticeable.

  43. alexjakeholmes15 says:

So where did the phytoplankton get its omega 3 fatty acids from?

  44. MrSuperfood1 says:

51percent raw food is key, and it is so easy. Organic salads are simple and taste great. Where smoothies are concerned, it can get expensive. Water is the key to any drink. Water must be toxin free. There are six Modern Network Marketing Companies that put out Nutrient Dense and Anti-oxidant rich products that blow anything away on the market. XOWii Ultimate scores an 8688 ORAC in 2oz at 50 Calories. $210 of Organic natural food in 2oz to include Superfoods you can’t find in a store.

  45. jjongg1 says:

i first saw this video a year ago and to this day i still think about marine phytoplankton every time i go to the grocery store lol

  46. theoneatyourdoor87 says:

Therefore the energy you get can’t get higher and higher. What he means is people are phosphate deficient therefore they are not at peak energy.

  47. theoneatyourdoor87 says:

The argument you should be making is that he said that the more ATP you eat the higher your energy become and it keeps going and going. As a biochemist student you know that the body is in equilibrium between glycolysis and gluconeogenisys, so when the body has enough ATP glycolysis goes in reverse breaking down ATP building polysaccharides of glucose.

  48. theoneatyourdoor87 says:

I am a biochem student in FL,
So what if the ATP is hydrolyzed in the stomach, by eating the it you are increasing the amount phosphate an nucleoside in your body which the mitochondria can use in the in the creb cycle to put the ATP back together. Plus as you know, the mitochondria makes ATP, does it stay in the mitochondria?

  49. theoneatyourdoor87 says:

  50. Feverdream7777 says:

I’m a Biochem student at the University of Arizona.

I think your comments on phytoplankton providing ATP is nonsense. As far as I know, there are no “ATP” active transporters across the cell membrane to “bring ATP into the cell to use as energy exchange”

Also, ATP would be hydrolyzed when the cells of the phytoplankton hit our digestive system…

Sooo… what in hell are you talking about???
