Loved this so much! Can’t wait to apply this. One questions, what type of
exercises do you recommend? I’m on my weight loss journey and I still want
to make sure that I exercise during ramadhan.

lifestyle, including losing weight.
Watch this video to make healthier food choices during Iftar & Suhoor,
portion sizes to eat and also foods to avoid!

Thank you for this video.
In my family we all begin with a juice (Beets,
carrots,lemon,spinach,oranges,apples)
Then we pray and after that we eat dates, mango’s,pineapples etc.
2-3 hours later we finish with homemade vegetable soup and some homemade
sourdough bread and some side dishes like spring rolls(oven), Pastilla etc.
In our family we keep it always healthy.
Love from Morocco :]

expect that someone will make a video about ramadan , but I forgot that you
are from Malaysia and there’s a lot of muslims there 😉

Best video ever. Thank-you ever so much! Where I live in England the fast
is 20 hours long. I have been feeling really crappy for the past few days
due to the food I’ve been eating, and wanted some healthy recipes. I really
appreciate this video.

I love this video. :* Do you have any tips for how to do workout in
Ramadan? I am thinking to do smaller sessions after dinner instead of one
hour workout… (My goal is to stay fit and not to loose weight.) Btw this
shirt is so pretty on you!:)

wow Joanna this is really thoughtful of you! i must say you understand
Ramadan better than some muslims lol. i used to gain a lot of weight during
this month but this year i want to really watch what i eat and hopefully at
the end of ramadan i will be healthier instead of unhealthy
my plan is to do a moderate strength/muscle workout in the morning and
perhaps a little cardio after iftar. but we’ll see…
xx
