Hi everyone I’m trying to slim down and eat healthier, this is what I ate for dinner is this healthy enough? Approximately how many calories do yout think it is?

2 baked roma tomatoes topped with olive oil, basil, parmesean cheese, and garlic salt
Half of a grapfruit
Activia yogurt fat free
Full glass of carrot/celery juice

Yes, that is very healthy because tomatoes are good for you as well as olive oil. Actually, olive oil is an excellent alternative for regular cooking oil and it is much lighter than vegetable oil as well.
