Answer by mcjayc2001
well technically anything right before bed is not exactly healthy.

you should tend to keep eating to a minimum by 10pm to allow your body to digest everything.

What do you think? Answer below!

the rule of thumb is always have your meals and snacks before 8pm
relax your body after that time and take good deep sleep so that your body can generate anti-body to fight free radicals instead of working harder to digest any foods intake
drink a glass of spring or mineral water for health, that’s it.

the applesauce maybe but the crackers contain fat and salt.
check the nutrition label for fat content and sodium..
like most things the crackers should be eaten in moderation.

Anything before laying down is not exactly healthy, but if you want a good snack try peanut butter and bananas or celery

it’s ok, but you must control your self. Don’t eat too much, because it will make you fat.
