Try taking food that you can make from your home, and carry it. Some nice healthy foods are a great substitude for junk foods, like fruit or vegatables, and try to limit on fats and sweeting.

For lunch you can do a variety of things, including turkey or chicken breast sandwhiches, tuna with low fat mayo or just a little mayo, veggies as snacks, chicken or veggie wraps, etc.

If you’re looking to eat healthy and still eat fast food – there’s a surprising number of options now. Most places serve a grilled chicken breast sandwhich – skip the mayo or fattening sauces and this is good for you! You can also go for a salad with grilled chicken and low fat dressing, which is offered at most places.

    Good luck!

well… for guys, i’d say something simple like a peanut butter and jelly/banana (if u wanna go healthy) sandwich. maybe with some carrot sticks and a bag of chips.
or, if u wanna go simpler (and straight to the msg, than instant ramen noodles. ^^ classic)
try a salad with lots of meat chunks in it (more filling) with some ranch and croutons, or something that u like with vegetables. add a banana, apple, or some kind of fruit that u like and can withstand getting tossed around the whole day.
if u wanna go asian, i’d say try making some fried rice here’s a recipe:

    or

it’s a simpler recipe. (just eggs and rice)

but if u don’t really like to cook a lot, try going here:

i think u’ll definitely like this one since i guess it’s more “manly” or somethin.

    ~good luck, hope u find something u like ^^
