    this product is absolutely wonderful for improving sleep which was a side effect that I noticed. I started taking it for brain health since I am in a highly stressful job and had to take melatonin for sleep. The melatonin gave me some bad side effects, so when I starting taking prevagen, I noticed that my sleeping improved immensely.
